SHIPPING POLICY
All prices include shipping to the United Kingdom.
We ship WORLDWIDE with competitive rates. Contact us for a quote!
All orders ship from England. International customers are responsible for paying any import duties due.
Please note we do sell on other platforms, should the item have sold elsewhere we reserve the right to refund you in full.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 7 day return policy. U.K. customers are able to receive a refund for any unwanted items if they are returned unused and in a saleable condition. However the customer is responsible for shipping costs to themselves and back to us.
This policy does not apply on made to order items i.e. if a customer has requested an item of furniture to be produced to their specification or particular choice of hide or fabric.
Please examine delivered items carefully any transport damage must be reported within 7 days.
